Answer

The Yellow bristle is made of polystyrene, a soft flagged bristle excellent for washing trucks, cars and RVs.  Polypropylene is commonly used in the brush industry because it is cheaper.  Easy Reach, however,  uses polystyrene because it is a superior bristle, which means it maintains its original shape longer than polypropylene and is longer lasting.

The Green bristle is made of flagged Nyltex Bristle, and it's the highest quality Easy Reach product. It is excellent for delicate paint jobs or high gloss gel coats. The special star shaped strands of this bristle aids the brush in maintaining soap and water during washing.

Our Orange bristle brushes are made of acid-resistant heavy duty flagged bristle.  The bristle was formulated especially for tough jobs such as the concrete industry.

The Tampico bristle is a natural fiber made from yucca. It's application in Easy Reach brushes is for smoke stacks, fenders wells and wheels. It is extremely acid resistant, and is not to be used on painted surfaces.
